Dunwich-Dutton Public School

Dunwich-Dutton Public School is part of the Thames Valley District School Board and is located in the village of Dutton. We currently have a population of approximately 360 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. The school has undergone many renovations and changes to its make-up. The school was built in 1927 and was a high school, until June 1952. In January of 1953, it became a K-8 school, and was restructured again in September 1973, where it became a K-6 school. In 2016, the school once again underwent renovations where it changed back to a JK-8 school following the closure of West Elgin Senior Elementary School in West Lorne.
